PRE ORDER SALES
Pre order sales will take approximately 6-8 weeks for complete production.
OPEN DISPUTE/CHARGEBACK
Please be advised opening a dispute or chargeback will only delay your order and place it on hold until the dispute is closed. Your purchase includes cost for shipping and provides funds for materials to create your custom garments and with a hold on your order we are unable to acces the funds to complete and ship your order. We will not mail out before closing dispute is resolved.
HOW DO I MEASURE MY SELF ?
You can measure yourself by purchasing a garment measuring tape or go to Victoria Secret, etc to get measured for free.
WHY DO I HAVE TO SEND MEASUREMENTS ?
Since each garment is custom made, we will need measurements for a customized fitting.
CAN I RETURN GARMENTS ?
No I'm sorry. By law, we cannot accept any garments back after purchase only because the garments are worn under clothing.
HOW DOES YOUR PRODUCT WORK ?
The pressure and compression from the garment, if worn consistently for 24 hours, begin to shift fat downward to available pockets which are in your butt and hips.(How does the fat get redirected)
WHAT MEASUREMENTS DO I NEED TO SEND ?
You will need to send us your waist measurement and pant size.
WHERE DO I MEASURE?
1. Locate your upper hip bone. You can find the proper spot by placing your hands around your waist, squeezing slightly, and then moving your fingers downward until you feel the top curve of your hips.

You can find the proper spot by placing your hands around your waist, squeezing slightly, and then moving your fingers downward until you feel the top curve of your hips.2.Place a tape measure around your bare stomach just above the upper hip bone. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor (slanting can falsely increase your measurement). Also ensure that the tape measure is snug to your body, but not so tight that it compresses the skin. Exhale while measuring and relax your abdomen. Sucking in is not allowed!
